Description

Late night engineering work is taking place in the Gloucester and Bristol Parkway areas, closing the line.

As a result of this engineering work the following alteration will apply:

The 18:24 Portsmouth Harbour to Cardiff central will call additionally at Lawrence Hill and Stapleton Road.

If you are travelling on the 20:10 Western-super-Mere to Worcester Shrub Hill you will have to change trains at Bristol Temple Meads.

The 22:37 Worcester Shrub Hill to Bristol Temple Meads is replaced by a bus between Gloucester and Bristol Temple Meads.

The 22:48 London Paddington to Swansea will be diverted between Swindon and Bristol Parkway. Journey times will be slightly extended after leaving Swindon.

The 23:42 Swindon to Cheltenham Spa will depart earlier at 23:18 and will be diverted via but not calling at Severn Tunnel Junction and will not call at Kemble, Stroud, and Stonehouse. A replacement bus will run between Swindon and Gloucester to serve these stations. Please note that at Stonehouse the bus will call at Stonehouse Post Office and not Stonehouse station.
