Alterations to services via Gravesend and Strood on Sunday 27 September

Southeastern between London St Pancras International and Ashford International / Faversham / Ramsgate and between London Charing Cross and Gravesend

Thameslink between Kentish Town and Rainham

Engineering work is taking place between Dartford and Rochester / Maidstone West closing all lines.


High Speed via Gravesend: Trains will run between London St Pancras International and Ebbsfleet only. Replacement buses will run from Ebbsfleet to Meopham for connecting trains towards Faversham and Ramsgate.

Sidcup Line: Trains will only run between London Cannon Street and Dartford.

Medway Valley Line: Trains will run between Maidstone West and Paddock Wood only, due to further engineering work at Tonbridge.

Replacement buses will run on the following routes:-

  • Ebbsfleet to Meopham
  • Dartford to Gravesend
  • Gravesend to Maidstone West 



It is not yet known how Thameslink are affected by this engineering work.
