Engineering work is taking place between Slough and Maidenhead / Twyford, closing 2 out of 4 lines early morning and late night on Saturday and Sunday. The following alterations will apply:


The 00:17 Reading to London Paddington and the 00:34 London Paddington to Reading will not call at Burnham or Taplow.

The 23:45 Didcot Parkway to London Paddington will not call at Burnham or Taplow.


The 00:31 London Paddington to Reading will not call at Burnham or Taplow.

The 06:44, now departs at 06:37, and 23:53 London Paddington to Reading and the 06:25 and 07:10 Reading to London Paddington will not call at Burnham.  

The 23:27 London Paddington to Didcot Parkway and the 23:53 Didcot Parkway to London Paddington will not call at Burnham.

Alternative travel options:  

Customers travelling to / from Burnham and Taplow should use replacement buses running between Slough and Burnham / Taplow. These buses will run only in place of trains which are not calling at these stations.

Journey times between Slough and Burnham are 10 minutes and between Slough and Taplow are 20 minutes.
