Description

Engineering work is taking place between Reading West and Aldermaston, closing 1 out of the 2 lines from approximately 19:30 and all lines from 22:15.

 

Local stopping trains between London Paddington / Reading and Newbury / Bedwyn

From approximately 19:30, trains between London Paddington / Reading and Newbury / Bedwyn will NOT run and will be replaced by road transport between Reading and Newbury / Bedwyn.

High Speed services

16:15 Penzance to London Paddington will divert after Taunton, arriving Reading and London Paddington later than normal.

18:57 Plymouth to London Paddington will divert between Westbury and Reading, NOT calling at Pewsey and Newbury. It will call additionally at Swindon. Pewsey customers travel via Swindon and road transport taking 45 minutes. Newbury customers should travel via Reading.

00:17 (Tuesday to Friday) Reading to Newbury will NOT run and will be replaced by road transport from Reading setting down only at all stations to Newbury
