Description

Engineering work is taking place between Slough and Reading, closing various lines on Monday to Thursday evenings.

Long distance services:

After 20:30, most long distance services from London Paddington will incur a few minutes additional journey time between London Paddington and Reading, departing Reading (and beyond) a few minutes later than normal. Most will arrive at destination as normal.

Most Long distance services will arrive London Paddington a few minutes later than normal.

Local services:

  • 20:08 Didcot Parkway to London Paddington will terminate Reading.
  • 20:35 London Paddington to Reading will depart 20:37.
  • 21:05 and 22:05 Didcot Parkway to Oxford will depart 21:06 and 22.07, respectively.
  • 21:35 Didcot Parkway to Banbury will depart 21:39
  • 22:14 Reading to London Paddington will depart 22:16.
  • 22:52 Didcot Parkway to London Paddington will depart 23:10.

 

Additionally, some trains between Maidenhead / Bourne End and Marlow and between Twyford and Henley-on-Thames will be retimed to run a few minutes later than usual in order to maintain connections with the above amended services.
