Engineering work is taking place between Manchester Victoria and Ashton-under-Lyne, closing some lines.


A rail replacement bus service will operate between Manchester Victoria and Stalybridge.

TransPennine Express:

Trains will not run between Stalybridge and Manchester Victoria. These trains will be diverted to run to / from Manchester Piccadilly instead.

No trains will run between Newcastle and Liverpool Lime Street. Trains that usually run to / from York will be extended to run to / from Newcastle instead. Trains will run between Manchester Airport and Liverpool Lime Street.
