Industrial action taken by the RMT Union yesterday across the rail industry has affected c2c services. This has had a knock-on affect on service today with morning trains starting later than normal.
If you are travelling by train today please check your journey.
Refunds: If your service has been cancelled, delayed or rescheduled, you may be entitled to a fee-free change or refund from the original retailer of your ticket. Find out more about applying for a refund here.
Changing travel plans: All non-season tickets validity extended for travel the day before or up to two days after any strike action takes place. Please note if your ticket is for a through fare that includes the London Underground it may not be valid on London Underground services on an alternative date. Please contact the original retailer of your ticket for more information.
Changing operator or route: To help minimise any disruption, you may be able to use your ticket on another operator or an alternative route.
