Tickets are available from any staffed train station in Great Britain, or from the guard on the train, and must be purchased before you arrive at Windsor & Eton Riverside or Windsor & Eton Central station.
The admission ticket is not available from the stations in Windsor, or at Windsor Castle.
Tickets are not available on days when the State Apartments are closed, or when the castle is closed for state functions. Please check the Castle's opening dates before you travel.
