Purchase Details

Vouchers can be purchased when booking your ticket online at www.lner.co.uk, via our Contact Centre (08457 225 225), or from selected stations (Peterborough, Grantham, Newark North Gate, Wakefield Westgate, Leeds (First Class Lounge), London Kings Cross, Stevenage, (Travel Centre), Doncaster, Retford, York, Darlington, Newcastle, Dunbar, Edinburgh, Berwick-upon-Tweed).

Booking Conditions

  1. You may exchange Catering Vouchers on London North Eastern Railway services for purchases from the London North Eastern Railway Café Bar, Restaurant, At Seat Dining or trolley. 

  2. No change will be given from vouchers. 

  3. The voucher is valid for three months from the date of travel. 

  4. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. 

  5. London North Eastern Catering Vouchers cannot be used on any other Train Operators services. 

  6. The number of vouchers that may be issued per transaction is not restricted. They may be purchased in conjunction with adult, child, flat fare tickets, including all season tickets plus when a valid ticket is presented. 

  7. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with staff free travel facilities. 

  8. Refunds may be given if Catering Vouchers are submitted with unused travel tickets. 

  9. If the advertised catering service isn't provided, on-train staff will endorse vouchers accordingly and a full refund should be provided at the station of issue.
