Merseytravel PTE - Saveaway

Overview

The one-day, off-peak ticket for buses, trains and Mersey Ferries (direct river crossings only). Hop on and off as often as you want. Use after 9.30am Mondays to Fridays and all day on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.

The Saveaway is available in five areas -

  • Area A

  • Area B

  • Area C

  • Area D

  • All Areas

All Area Saveaways are also valid in Areas F and G.

Saveaways are valid on all Train Companies shown only within these areas.

  • Railway stations in Merseyside

  • Some libraries in Merseyside

  • Merseytravel Centres

  • Merseytravel ticket agencies in corner shops - you can find the nearest one to you byusing the search facility on the Merseytravel website

  • PayPoint stores in the Wirral

Terms & Conditions

  • Monday to Friday - Saveaways are not valid for travel between 06.31 and 09.29.

  • Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays - Saveaways are valid for travel all day.

Children travelling on a Young Person's All Areas Saveaway Ticket must be accompanied by an adult on cross river buses and Mersey Ferries.
