Description

Engineering work is taking place between Stockport and Plumley, closing all lines.

The following alterations will be in place:

• The 22:10 Manchester Piccadilly to Chester service will run as advertised to Altrincham, and then will call only at Knutsford, Northwich and Greenbank. A bus will operate from Altrincham to Chester, calling at all stations normally served by the train.

• The 22:52 Chester to Manchester Piccadilly service will be replaced by a bus.

• The 23:13 Manchester Piccadilly to Chester service will be replaced by a bus.
