Description

Network Rail is carrying out engineering work on the Great Western Railway network at various locations closing various lines.

Customer Advice:

Monday to Thursday

The 21:46 Worcester Shrub Hill to Bristol Temple Meads will terminate at Gloucester. Customers should use rail connection from Gloucester to Bristol Temple Meads.

The 22:12 Bristol Temple Meads to Gloucester is replaced by a bus between Bristol Parkway and Gloucester.

From 22:00, some trains are diverted between Reading and Bath Spa and will not call at Didcot Parkway, Swindon or Chippenham. Replacement buses will run between Reading and Chippenham / Bath Spa.

The 21:54 Swindon to Cheltenham Spa is diverted between Swindon and Gloucester via Severn Tunnel Junction (not calling). A bus will run between Swindon and Cheltenham Spa calling at all stations via Kemble.

The 22:01 Cheltenham Spa and Swindon is replaced by a bus between Gloucester and Swindon.

Bicycles:

Non folding bicycles are not allowed on rail replacement bus services at any time. Folding bicycles are allowed if fully folded. For more information, please see here.
