Engineering work is taking place between Reading West and Westbury, closing some lines.

As a result, trains between London Paddington and the west of England will be diverted and amended throughout each day. Some services will be extended to include extra stations.

Trains between Reading and Newbury / Bedwyn will run during the morning and evening peak only. Outside of these times, they will be amended to run between Theale and Reading until 22:00 each evening. Buses will replace trains between Reading and Newbury / Bedwyn after 22:00 each evening.

Services between Swindon and Westbury will be amended to accommodate diverted services. Some services will be cancelled and replaced by road transport, others will be retimed to leave earlier or later than usual.
