Engineering work is taking place at Battlesbridge station. During this engineering work, trains longer than 4 carriages will not be able to stop at the station.


Every weekend during this engineering work, Battlesbridge station will be closed and trains will not stop. Customers wishing to travel to / from Battlesbridge should use the station help point to contact the train company and arrange transport, or use alternative services from Wickford or South Woodham Ferrers.


During the week, the following services will not call at Battlesbridge:

05:16 Wickford to Southminster.

05:55 and 06:30 Shenfield to Southminster.

06:09 and 06:48 Southminster to London Liverpool Street.

17:22 and 18:02 London Liverpool Street to Southminster.

18:36 and 19:19 Southminster to Shenfield.

Customers for these trains should use replacement buses which will run between Wickford and Battlesbridge (towards London), and also between Battlesbridge and South Woodham Ferrers (towards Southminster).
