Great Western Railway between Swansea / Cardiff Central and London Paddington, and also between Cardiff Central and Portsmouth Harbour / Brighton (terminating at Warminster)

Engineering work is taking place between Newport and Severn Tunnel Junction, closing 2 out of 4 tracks.

Great Western Railway services will run a few minutes earlier than usual from Swansea / Cardiff Central towards Newport. Trains towards Cardiff Central will run a few minutes later than usual from Newport.

Additionally, the 19:00 London Paddington to Swansea service is cancelled.

Please note, Arriva Trains Wales and CrossCountry trains are not expected to be affected by this engineering work.
