The 19:30 and 20:20 Cardiff Central to Portsmouth Harbour ( both starting at Trowbridge) are diverted between Southampton Central and Fareham.

The following alterations will apply:
- Train services will be diverted between Southampton Central and Fareham
- Train services from Portsmouth Harbour, Portsmouth & Southsea, Fratton, Cosham and Fareham will run 8 minutes earlier than advertised in the National Rail Timetable, except for the 22:03 Portsmouth Harbour to Westbury which will run as normal

- 22:33 Portsmouth Harbour to Southampton Central will be diverted after Fareham and call additionally at Eastleigh
- 21:44 Southampton Central to Portsmouth Harbour will be diverted and call additionally at Eastleigh and Botley
- 22:44 Southampton Central to Portsmouth & Southsea will be diverted and call additionally at Eastleigh and Botley
- A bus service will run between Fareham and Southampton Central

Cosford station is closed for refurbishment until March 2012. Because of this, no trains will call at Cosford station. Replacement buses will run between Albrighton and Cosford.
At both stations buses will pick up/set down at the front of the station.
Cosford is not served by any train service on Sundays, therefore no buses will run.

- There are no 'cross-London' services between St Pancras International and London Bridge/Herne Hill at weekends, bank holidays (including Friday 6 April and Monday 9 April) or between 22:30 and 04:30 every week night (See below for a list of dates on which a cross London service WILL operate). This work is a key part of the Thameslink programme
- During this time, customers should use London Underground (or London Buses at weekends only) to cross Central London. Outside London Underground operating hours, replacement buses will be provided between London Blackfriars / London Bridge and London St Pancras.
- All work is expected to be completed and full service resume from Saturday 19 May 2012.
- London Blackfriars Underground station will be closed until Sunday 26 February 2012. Customers should travel to Temple / Mansion House / City Thameslink stations which are close to Blackfriars. London Blackfriars mainline station remains open during this time.
A cross-London train service WILL run on the following weekend / Bank Holiday days:
- Sunday 5 February
- Sunday 12 February
- Sunday 25 March
Ticket Acceptance
National Rail tickets will be accepted on London Underground services via any reasonable route to complete your cross-London journey
Tickets will also be accepted, at the weekend only on the following London Bus services:
- Routes 45: London Blackfriars, London St Pancras International
- Routes 63 or N63: Elephant & Castle, London Blackfriars, Farringdon, London St Pancras International
