• 21:33 Newcastle to Manchester Airport will not call at Dewsbury and will be retimed to depart Huddersfield at 00:14. A replacement bus will run from Leeds to Dewsbury and continue as required to set down only at Huddersfield, Manchester Piccadilly and Manchester Airport. 
• 23:18 Manchester Airport to York will not call at Dewsbury and will be retimed to depart Leeds at 01:16. A replacement bus will run from Huddersfield to Dewsbury. 

Tuesday to Friday

• 00:38 Manchester Airport to York will be retimed to depart Manchester Piccadilly at 00:58 and Leeds at 02:05 arriving at York 15 minutes earlier. 
• 01:38 York to Manchester Airport will be retimed to depart York at 01:45, Leeds 02:22 and Huddersfield at 02:58.
• 02:52 York to Manchester Airport will be retimed to depart Huddersfield at 04:25, Manchester Piccadilly at 05:08 arriving Manchester Airport at 05:22.
• 04:00 York to Manchester Airport will be retimed to depart at the later time of 04:23.
• 04:12 Manchester Airport to York will be retimed to depart Huddersfield at the earlier time of 05:13.

• 22:35 Manchester Piccadilly to Shrewsbury will be diverted and will be unable to call at Stockport, Wilmslow, Crewe, Nantwich, Wrenbury, Whitchurch, Press, Wem or Yorton. Customers for these stations are advised to travel on the replacement road transport from Stockport to Shrewsbury.  
• 22:55 Birmingham New Street to Holyhead will terminate at Crewe. Customers are advised to travel on the earlier 23:35 replacement road transport from Crewe to Chester to connect into the additional 00:40 Chester to Holyhead service.
• 23:23 Crewe to Chester will be replaced by a bus throughout.    
• 04:23 Chester to Birmingham New Street will be replaced by a bus between Chester and Crewe. The bus leaves Chester at the earlier time of 03:50.

Tuesday to Friday

• 04:35 Cardiff Central to Manchester Piccadilly will be retimed to depart at the earlier time of 04:20.
• 04:55 Chester to Crewe will be replaced by a bus throughout.

• 05:47 Hebden Bridge to Leeds will be replaced by buses between Hebden Bridge and Halifax. Two buses will run from Hebden Bridge to Halifax, one bus will depart Hebden Bridge at 05:15 to connect onto this train at Halifax, a second bus will depart Hebden Bridge at 05:45 to connect into a later train at Halifax.

Until 2012, there are no 'cross-London' services between St Pancras International and London Bridge/Herne Hill at weekends, bank holidays or between 22:30 and 04:30 every week night (See below for a list of dates on which a cross London service WILL operate). This work is a key part of the Thameslink programme

During this time, customers should use London Underground (or London Buses at weekends only) to cross Central London. Outside London Underground operating hours, replacement buses will be provided between London Blackfriars / London Bridge and London St Pancras.

Until Autumn 2011, London Blackfriars Underground station will be closed. Customers should travel to Temple / Mansion House / City Thameslink stations which are close to Blackfriars. London Blackfriars mainline station remains open during this time.

At weekends, replacement buses will also run between Tulse Hill / Herne Hill and London Blackfriars via Loughborough Junction and Elephant & Castle.

Trains will run through but not stop at London Blackfriars from 20 November 2010 to 16 January 2011.

A cross-London train service WILL run on the following weekend days:

• Sunday 17 October 2010

Ticket Acceptance

National Rail tickets will be accepted on London Underground services via any reasonable route to complete your cross-London journey

Tickets will also be accepted, at the weekend only on the following London Bus services:

• Route 17: Kings Cross - London Bridge
• Routes 45, 63, N63: Kings Cross - Elephant & Castle
• Route 214: Kings Cross - Kentish Town
