A temporary ticket office is currently in place outside the station entrance on Woodgrange Road. This is while Network Rail carry out Crossrail construction work.

Access to the platforms will be via side entrance on Forest Lane only. To avoid additional stairs use bus routes 25 or 86 from stop F to Manor Park or from stop E to Stratford or speak to a member of staff.
