Station Message: Alert!

Centro will be undertaking works at this station to construct a single decked car park from 10th August until December 2015. Upon completion this will provide an additional 55 parking spaces for rail passengers.

During the works, parking spaces will be reduced by up to 50%.

Please do not leave cars parked overnight for the duration of the works.

Passengers are advised to allow extra time for parking and asked to only park in designated bays. Parking enforcement will be in operation at all times.

There will be pedestrian access to the station at all times.

Alternative car parks are located at Sutton Coldfield and Blake Street stations, where spaces may be available before 09:00. Please note that parking charges may apply at Sutton Coldfield. Alternatively, please visit to find people to car share with.

Also 28 steps from car park up to footbridge and then 28 steps down to island platforms 2 and 3. Stepfree route to platforms 2 and 3 via ramp from Lichfield Road. Stepfree route from the car park to Booking Hall.
