Mobility-impaired passengers are advised to book in advance. Access from street to Ticket Office via 4 steps, although alternative route via side gate and platform 2. Access from Racecourse entrance to platform 2 is via footbridge with steps only. Access from northern (footpath) entrance to station is via steps only to all areas.
