Circle:At street level by the UK Rail Ticket Office: favourite high street brands for travellers on the go including a selection of fashion and food retailers.

Farmers Market: Market - A daily fresh farmer's market just inside the main entrance to the station is soon to arrive.

Note Public toilets are situated towards the southern end of the Arcade adjacent to the Eurostar Ticket Office and just off the Circle next to the Station Reception office. Additional toilets are also located in the international departures lounge. There is no charge for the toilets and they all have step-free access for wheel-chair users and baby changing.

The station entrances are located at street level and provide level access to the lower concourse. There are three lifts on the main concourse to take passengers to and from the upper level UK train platforms and the Rendezvous.

Excess Baggage provides a secure left luggage facility and is located at street level in the Circle area of the station, just past the UK Rail ticket office. Opening hours are 06:00 to 22:00 Monday to Saturday and 07:00 to 22:00 on Sunday. The cost is £6.50 per item (of any size) per 24 hours, therefore your item can be stored overnight if needed.
