Please note there is no step free route between Stratford Regional Station and the new Stratford International station for Southeastern High Speed services. Passengers not able to manage a five minute walk , including 32 steps via Platform 11 and then a 5 minute bus service should contact Southeastern customer services direct (0800 783 4524) for more information or travel via St Pancras station, interchanging at Liverpool Street.
