Rendezvous: The platform level where Eurostar departs features Europe's longest champagne bar, gastro pub and brasserie. Note	Public toilets are situated towards the southern end of the Arcade adjacent to the Eurostar Ticket Office and just off the Circle next to the Station Reception office. Additional toilets are also located in the international departures lounge. There is no charge for the toilets and they all have step-free access for wheel-chair users and baby changing.

If travelling to/from Stratford International station please note there is currently no step free route between that station and Stratford Regional station, and that the only access is by bus link to/from Stratford Regional. For more details click here.

Throughout most of 2010, there will be no cross-London First Capital Connect service at weekends or between 22.30 and 04.30 Monday to Friday.

The station entrances are located at street level and provide level access to the lower concourse. There are three lifts on the main concourse to take passengers to and from the upper level UK train platforms and the Rendezvous.
