There are two Post Boxes at London Waterloo station:

• One near to Exit number 2

Ticket machines are located at various locations on the main concourse and are accessible to wheelchair users.

Window 16 is designated as a priority window for disabled passengers. It has a split height counter.

If you need assistance we recommend that you book at least 24 hours in advance of travel.

Accessible taxis are available from the main taxi rank, whicwhich is located outside exit three (opposite platform 11)

On the main concourse

An accessible toilet is located on the concourse between exits 4 and 5 (opposite platform 19) and on Cab Road outside exit 3.

• There is level access from all platforms to the main concourse.

  There is level access to the station via Exits 1 (Station approach), Exit 2 (via lifts to Waterloo Road and level Access to the Jubilee line), Exit 3 (for taxis and Station Reception)

  There is level access (via a lift adjacent to exit 3) to Waterloo East station.
