At London Waterloo station:

The lift at Exit 2 is currently out of use.
Lift assistance in place to assist passengers.

Two of the four escalators at Exit 2 are out of use.
Access to the main concourse can be made via the alternative escalators at Exit 2 or via Exit 1 & Exit 7.

The escalator on Platform 20 is out of use.
Access to The Sidings and Underground can be made via lift or the main concourse.

The escalator outside Marks & Spencer’s is out of use.
Access to the balcony can be made via the lift or the one of the alternative escalators.
