Station Improvements

Due to station improvement works including the installation of a new fully accessible footbridge, the barrow crossing has been removed and Platforms 2 and 3 will be only accessible via steps. If you require assistance from Ascot towards Reading or Guildford, please contact South West Trains on 0800 5282 100. Approximately 30 car park spaces will also be unavailable.

We expect these works to be completed by the end of April 2017

We apologise for any inconvenience caused during these improvement works.

Platforms 2 (for trains to Bracknell and Reading) and 3 (for Trains to Aldershot and Guildford) can be accessed via a crossing over the tracks with staff assistance. Interchange between platforms is via this crossing and passengers are advised to arrive 15 minutes prior to departure to receive assistance.
