Station Message: Alert!

Please note that a new footbridge and lifts are being installed at Chadwell Heath station to enable step-free access to all platforms. Due to these works, access from the station buildings will be closed from Summer 2011 until Summer 2012.  A new access and temporary footbridge will be in use for the duration of the building works.  Please allow extra time to make your way to and from the trains. Customers who may have difficulty in using the stepped footbridge are advised to use Goodmayes or Romford station for travel during this time. We apologise for any inconvenience and lack of facilities whilst these works take place.
