Ramp to Booking Hall entrance but no step-free access through to platform (5 steps separate 2 halves of Booking Hall. Step-free side gate with ramp to platform 4 (trains to London). 29 steps up to footbridge, then 29 steps down to island platforms 2 and 3 and 29 steps down to platform 1. Direct access to footbridge via flights of steps on both sides of the station. Step-free side gate from western side of station to platform. Step-free route from platform 1 to front of station and all other platforms is 960m, via street. A barrow crossing is available for access to platforms that are not step-free.
