Southeastern operate high speed services to / from this station.

To travel between Stratford International and Stratford Regional station, passengers are advised to walk through the Westfield shopping centre (access is available through the Lower Ground Floor) which is about a ten minute walk and does not involve steps, lifts or escalators.

Alternatively, you can use Docklands Light Railway services which are a 2 minute walk from the High Speed station entrance), which take passengers directly to Stratford Regional station (a charge is payable) or further onto the London Underground network.

Although rail companies and the Underground/ Docklands Light Railway staff cannot provide assistance between Stratford station and Stratford International station , and vice versa, concierge staff from Westfield shopping centre can be requested to provide assistance. However they are not always available, and their availability is listed below, although there can sometimes be a wait during busy times, so passengers should ensure they allow plenty of transfer time.
