    Rendezvous: The platform level where Eurostar departs features Europe's longest champagne bar, gastro pub and brasserie.

    Circle:At street level by the UK Rail Ticket Office: favourite high street brands for travellers on the go including a selection of fashion and food retailers.

    Arcade and Market: Arcade - Independent and boutique retailers, set beneath the Victorian brick arches.  Full list of retail outlets.

    Farmers Market: Market - A daily fresh farmer's market just inside the main entrance to the station is soon to arrive.

    Public toilets are situated towards the southern end of the Arcade adjacent to the Eurostar Ticket Office and just off the Circle next to the Station Reception office. Additional toilets are also located in the international departures lounge. There is no charge for the toilets and they all have step-free access for wheel-chair users and baby changing.

This station is available for Eurostar services.

Southeastern now operate high speed services to/from this station.

If travelling to/from Stratford International station please note there is now a step free route between that station and Stratford Regional station through the new Westfield Shopping Centre, which takes about 10 minutes. There is no longer any bus link to/from Stratford Regional station. 

Until completion of the work for the Thameslink programme, which is anticipated to be sometime during May 2012, there will be no cross-London First Capital Connect service at weekends or between 22.30 and 04.30 Monday to Friday.

Midland Road: Currently the taxi pick up is located next to First Capital Connect station entrance. Soon a large covered queuing area will be available halfway along the lower concourse where passengers can wait for marshalled taxis.

Pancras Road: There are two taxi drop off areas in Pancras Road. One is situated halfway along the old Victorian brick built Barlow shed and is convenient for Eurostar passengers. The second is situated close to the main entrance in the new part of the station and is suitable for passengers travelling within the UK .

The station entrances are located at street level and provide level access to the lower concourse. There are three lifts on the main concourse to take passengers to and from the upper level UK train platforms and the Rendezvous.
