From 14 December 2008 and throughout 2009, there will be no cross-London First Capital Connect service at weekends or between 22.30 and 04.30 Monday to Friday. In addition from 23 March 2009, the route between Farringdon and Moorgate will be permanently closed

Platforms 1-4 and 11-13, along with the domestic departures areas are managed by High Speed 1 (London and Continental Stations).

Platforms 5-10 and the international departures areas are managed by Eurostar.

Platforms A and B and the areas on the low level part of St Pancras, are managed by Network Rail.

Excess Baggage provides a secure left luggage facility and is located at street level in the Circle area of the station, just past the UK Rail ticket office.  Opening hours are 06:00 to 22:00 Monday to Saturday and 07:00 to 22:00 on Sunday.  The cost is £6.50 per item (of any size) per 24 hours, therefore your item can be stored overnight if needed.

The station has been divided into four distinct zones with the customer in mind: view a map of the station (Acrobat File).

Rendezvous: The platform level where Eurostar departs features Europe's longest champagne bar, gastro pub and brasserie.

Circle:At street level by the UK Rail Ticket Office: favourite high street brands for travellers on the go including a selection of fashion and food retailers.

Arcade and Market: Arcade - Independent and boutique retailers, set beneath the Victorian brick arches.  Full list of retail outlets.

Farmers Market: Market - A daily fresh farmer's market just inside the main entrance to the station is soon to arrive.

Public toilets are situated towards the southern end of the Arcade adjacent to the Eurostar Ticket Office and just off the Circle next to the Station Reception office. Additional toilets are also located in the international departures lounge. There is no charge for the toilets and they all have step-free access for wheel-chair users and baby changing.

  • The station entrances are located at street level and provide level access to the lower concourse. There are three lifts on the main concourse to take passengers to and from the upper level UK train platforms and the Rendezvous.
