A Lift is available to platform 2 .Ticket Office step free, car park some kerb obstacles on route to station that would require some staff attention. Customers using the Lift access to platform 3 must be escorted by staff as there is a barrow crossing in operation on the low level platform. Retford has a RNIB Map for All located outside the main entrance to the left of the doors.
