Journeys requiring multiple tickets

One or more of the journeys we've returned requires the purchase of more than one ticket.

This is because there is no valid point to point fare for that particular journey. Unfortunately it's not currently possible to purchase more than one ticket at a time.

What can you do?

To purchase your tickets, you might like to try replanning your journey as separate legs.

For example, if you are travelling from Reading to Newcastle via Bristol, you would need to plan the journey from Reading to Bristol, then from Bristol to Newcastle, and purchase the tickets separately.

What are we doing about it?

National Rail Enquiries are currently developing a solution to this problem, please accept our apologies in the meantime for the inconvenience caused.
