  • Canterbury - At your ticket office ask for an all-in-one Canterbury Passport ticket, providing you with entrance to the Cathedral, St Augustine's Abbey, Canterbury Tales, and one of the four museums.

  • Chilham: Kent Downs - Take the short walk from the station to the ancient village of Chilham. At the heart of the village is the 15th century Square, considered by many to be one of the most perfectly preserved medieval settings in south-east England.

  • Eynsford: Kent Downs - Swoop down into Eynsford station, where you'll find the Eagle Heights Bird of Prey Centre, with flying displays and indoor demonstrations.

  • Hollingbourne: Kent Downs - A historic village noted for its superb landscape where ancient buildings add to the rural heritage.

  • Lenham: Kent Downs - Explore the old village of Lenham with it's fine bakery, tea-room and pubs.

  • Otford: Kent Downs - Explore the village with its pretty duck pond, shops, bakery and pubs. Follow the North Downs Way out of the village and use public rights of way to take you further into the Downs.

  • Rochester - Find your way around this beautiful historic city with a self-guided tour of its most interesting spots, including the cathedral and the haunts of its most famous son, Charles Dickens. Whitstable - Make for the beach for some fun.

  • Shoreham: Kent Downs - Pick up the Darent Valley Path and walk to Otford, Kemsing or Eynsford, from where you can walk or take the train back again.

  • Tonbridge - The historic market town has something for everyone. It is well known for its culture and heritage as well as its excellent shopping facilities.

  • Wye: Kent Downs - Explore the charming village of Wye and its medieval college.
