Digital Programme Manager
National Rail Enquiries (part of ATOC) provides a wide range of services around information provision about the rail industry and other modes of integrated transport, both in timetable and real-time formats. NRE is the largest provider of such information and has seen enormous growth in the use of information from its channels, with some 500 million customer contacts per annum which continues to grow.
We are now looking for a Digital Project Manager who will be responsible for delivering projects as part of our Digital strategy, which includes the website, mobile, apps and tablet. The key responsibilities in this role will be management of the full life cycle of development and transition to service.
This role requires a proven track record of project management of digital channels in a multi-sourced supplier environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage virtual teams and operate at a senior and technical level.
