Discounts for Groups travelling together
Most Train Companies offer discounts for groups of people travelling together.
GroupSave
GroupSave is offered by the following train companies:
c2c, Chiltern Railways, First Capital Connect, First Great Western, Greater Anglia, London Midland, London Overground, Southeastern, Southern, South West Trains and Stansted Express.
In addition, East Midlands Trains and ScotRail offer GroupSave on certain journeys only.

Three or four adults or children can travel for the price of two adults on various off-peak ticket types. Also additionally, up to four accompanying children pay £1.00 each.
For all of the above, the group must travel together at all times. There must be at least one adult in the group. No further discounts (using Railcards, for example) are available for any of the passengers.

Arriva Trains Wales - Small Group Day ticket
If there are three to nine of you travelling together on Arriva Trains Wales, you can save money by buying a Small Group Day ticket which offers a 25% discount to corresponding ticket. Valid within the Arriva Trains Wales network after 09:30 (Off-Peak Day/Anytime Day where there is no Off-Peak Day) Monday to Friday, all day Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays. All members of the group must travel together at all times to validate the product.
CrossCountry Small Group product
If you want to book tickets for a smaller group – between three and nine passengers - CrossCountry Small Group tickets are available for most CrossCountry journeys.
This is an innovative ticket, allowing groups of between three and nine passengers to travel and giving savings on Advance Standard ticket prices. The tickets are subject to availability at all times, and can only be used on the service(s) specified on the ticket or accompanying reservation confirmation. Please note that these tickets are not refundable, however changes are permitted to a later service than originally booked - subject to an administration fee per passenger plus any difference in fare between the fare paid and the cheapest available fare.
Group Travel for larger groups – 10 or more people
When ten or more passengers travel together as a party to the same destination, a great discount may be available. Most Train Companies offer discounted Group Travel rates but the discount, times of availability and conditions of use may vary and may require advance booking or seat reservations. Contact the appropriate Train Operating Company's Group Travel office or Customer Relations office for full details.
