Description

Engineering work is taking place between Carlisle and Glasgow Central, closing all lines.

Avanti West Coast:

No trains will run between Preston and Glasgow Central / Edinburgh.

Replacement buses will run between:

• Preston and Carlisle.

• Carlisle and Glasgow (fast and stopping buses).

CrossCountry:

CrossCountry trains are not affected by this engineering work, and will run as normal between Edinburgh and Glasgow Central.

LNER:

LNER trains are not affected by this engineering work, and will run as normal between Edinburgh and Glasgow Central.

TransPennine Express:

Buses will replace trains between Oxenholme and Carlisle, and also between Carlisle and Edinburgh.
