Description

Engineering work is taking place between Gravesend and Higham, closing all lines.

Southeastern:

Highspeed trains via Gravesend: Trains between London St Pancras International and Ramsgate via Gravesend will only run between London St Pancras International and Gravesend.

Accessible replacement buses will run between:

  • Gravesend and Rochester calling at Strood only (buses towards Rochester will continue to Gillingham)

  • Gravesend and Strood calling at Higham (minibus)

Thameslink:

No Thameslink trains will run between Gravesend and Strood. Trains will run between Strood and Gillingham / Rainham and on Saturday and Monday, a reduced train service will run between London and Gravesend.

You can use Southeastern replacement buses between Gravesend and Strood.

Additionally on Sunday only, no Thameslink trains will run between London and Plumstead. You can use Thameslink tickets on Southeastern trains between London Cannon Street and Plumstead, and paper tickets on Elizabeth line services between Abbey Wood and Farringdon.
