Description

Engineering work is taking place between Wolverhampton and Stafford, closing all lines.

Avanti West Coast:

No service will operate between Wolverhampton and Stafford.

2 trains per hour will run between London Euston and Birmingham New Street. One of these services every other hour will be extended to / from Wolverhampton.

There will be no direct service between London Euston and Shrewsbury.

Services to / from the North / Scotland will start / terminate at Crewe.

Additionally, the 18:30 London Euston to Glasgow Central service (Saturday only) will terminate at Preston.

Rail replacement buses will run between:

  • Wolverhampton and Stafford

CrossCountry:

Buses replace trains between Wolverhampton and Stafford.

London Northwestern Railway:

Trains between Birmingham New Street and Liverpool Lime Street will run between Birmingham New Street and Wolverhampton and between Stafford and Liverpool Lime Street (to a reduced frequency).

Rail replacement buses will run between Wolverhampton and Stafford.

On Saturday, the 05:56 Wolverhampton to Birmingham New Street service will not run and the 06:02 Walsall to Wolverhampton service will start from Birmingham New Street (at 06:41).
