Description

Engineering work is taking place between York and Newcastle, closing some lines.

CrossCountry:

Buses replace trains between York, Darlington, Durham and Newcastle.

LNER:

One train per hour will run in each direction to / from London Kings Cross on a diversionary route between York and Newcastle. Journey times may be extended by up to one hour.

Other services will start / terminate at York and Newcastle. Rail replacement buses will run between York and Newcastle, calling at Northallerton, Darlington and Durham.

Lumo:

All services will operate between Newcastle and Edinburgh only.

Northern:

Trains will start / terminate at Eaglescliffe.

Rail replacement buses will run between Eaglescliffe and Darlington / Bishop Auckland.

TransPennine Express:

Buses will replace trains between York and Newcastle.
