Unused tickets may be submitted to the original retailer for a refund within 28 days of expiry. An administration fee may apply.

Changes To Travel Plans

As Chiltern Metro is a flexible ticket, should you wish to change the date of outward travel you will need to seek a refund from the original retailer and purchase a new ticket.

If the original ticket was purchased from a Train Company there should be no administration fee charged for this provided both the refund and reissue are processed as part of the same transaction.

Should you wish to travel at a time when the ticket is not valid, it will need to be upgraded to the appropriate ticket valid for immediate travel on your chosen service. This should be done at a Ticket Office before boarding a train.
