Description

Mandatory reservation required on the outward journey, however the return leg can be flexible (to within one calendar month, if required), though reservations are recommended. 

This advance purchase product is available to selected corporate clients and only sold through corporate retail channels. It provides Standard Class rail travel on-board London North Eastern Railway services and is provided with a compulsory seat reservation. 

Not valid for travel with any other operators.

Available to selected corporate clients, booking through corporate channels and sold using an agreed corporate discount. Sales channels include third-party travel agents and the LNER4Business corporate travel website.

Not available online or at stations.

This product is intended for corporate customers who have strict limitations on class of travel as part of their corporate travel policies. The product will be offered to select corporates through corporate channels, following prior agreement with London North Eastern Railway.

General Conditions

This is to be used to offer Standard Class corporate route deals to selected corporate clients and should only be sold alongside a London North Eastern Railway corporate discount.  Not to be sold to any corporate customers without prior agreement with London North Eastern Railway.

No other child, railcard, or group discounts permitted.

Outward Journey

Day Of Travel

Valid only on the date shown on the ticket.

Time Of Travel

Valid only on the London North Eastern Railway service shown on the ticket

You must be at the departure station shown on the ticket in good time to catch the train. If you miss the first train on which you are booked for any reason, a new ticket must be purchased. If delays occur while travelling, you will be allowed to take the next available train(s) to complete your journey.

Break Of Journey

You may not start, break and resume, or end your journey at any intermediate station except to change to/from connecting trains as shown on the ticket(s) or other valid travel itinerary.

Return Journey

Flexible (to within one calendar month, if required).

No time restrictions apply.

Break Of Journey

Break of journey is allowed at stations served by LNER services.

Refunds

Refundable until 23:59 the day before the ticket becomes valid for travel.

Not refundable once the ticket has become valid for travel unless Condition 30 of the National Rail Conditions of Travel (failure of train service) applies.

In exceptional circumstances a refund may be considered on unused or part-used tickets that have become valid for travel. In such cases an application must be made to the retailer within 28 days of the expiry date of the ticket and should include the reason for non-use. Additional evidence may be requested, refunds will be on a discretionary basis, and any use made of the ticket may mean that in some circumstances no refund will be due.

Refunds are only available from the retailer that sold the tickets.

An administration fee (up to a maximum of £5 per ticket) may be applied.

Changes To Travel Plans

Changes to travel plan are allowed, without penalty, on or until the date of travel.

Where the outward date and time of travel is changed, the ticket should be re-issued by the retailer showing the new date and or time of travel.
