The Ride Cornwall Ranger offers the holder one day's unlimited travel on all rail and most bus services within Cornwall and between Cornwall and Plymouth.

Purchase Details

The Ride Cornwall Ranger is a one-day Rover available from railway booking offices, train managers/conductors and bus drivers.

Note: Bus drivers are unable to sell discounted tickets when using a Railcard. If buying a ticket using a railcard then you have to purchase from either a railway booking office or train managers/conductors on board.

Booking Conditions

Ride Cornwall is valid for use on any rail or bus service after 09:00 Monday - Friday.

Ride Cornwall may be used at any time on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.

Ride Cornwall is valid for use on all rail services in Cornwall and also between Cornwall and Plymouth and on the Gunnislake Tamar Valley branch line.

Ride Cornwall is valid for use on the bus operators listed for all journeys within Cornwall and also for journeys between Cornwall and Plymouth.

Ride Cornwall is not valid for local bus journeys on the services of bus operators not listed.

When is my ticket valid?

RAIL - Available from 09:00 (Monday-Fridays)* and all day Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays, plus the following additional trains:

08:14 Plymouth - Penzance

08:40 Plymouth - Gunnislake

08:33 Liskeard - Looe

Note: when train times change, Ride Cornwall becomes valid on the equivalent service.

*Easements are in place over Christmas and New Year. Check back for exact dates.

Valid only on services of the following Train Operating Companies, within the area shown on the map below:

BUS - Available from 09:00 (Monday-Fridays) and all day Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Available on all bus routes operated by First and CityBus / Go Cornwall. Key destinations within the area of validity include Lands End, The Eden Project, Lizard Point, Perranporth, Boscastle and Bude. Use of buses to/from Plymouth is restricted to direct bus services to/from Cornwall only, for journeys originating or terminating in Cornwall (i.e. not valid for local journeys within Plymouth).
