Engineering work is taking place between Didcot Parkway and Tilehurst, closing some lines.
The 03:55 Oxford to Reading service will use alternative platforms at Cholsey, Goring & Streatley and Tilehurst and will not call at Pangbourne.
Customers for Pangbourne are advised to travel on later services.
