Description

Engineering work is taking place in the Blackburn area, closing various lines overnight from Monday evening until Friday morning.

Monday to Thursday:

The 22:51 Preston to Colne service will terminate at Blackburn. A replacement bus will run from Blackburn to Colne.

The 22:58 Leeds to Blackpool North service will not run. You should travel on the 22:42 Leeds to Manchester Victoria service to Todmorden, for a replacement bus from Todmorden to Blackpool North. Another replacement bus will run from Halifax to Blackburn, connecting from the 23:27 Leeds to Halifax service.

The 23:03 Manchester Victoria to Blackburn via Todmorden service will not run. You can use the 23:23 Manchester Victoria to Leeds service to Todmorden, from which a replacement bus will run from Todmorden to Blackburn.

Tuesday to Friday:

The 05:52 Colne to Preston service will start from Rose Grove. A replacement bus will run from Colne at 05:30 to Rose Grove, connecting with the train.
