Northern between Chester and Manchester Piccadilly

Description

Engineering work is taking place between Stockport and Plumley, closing all lines overnight from Monday evening until Friday morning. ​​​​​​​

The 22:10 Manchester Piccadilly to Chester service will run as normally advertised to Altrincham, then will call at Knutsford, Northwich and Greenbank only. A bus will be provided from Altrincham to Chester, calling at all stations normally served by the train.

The 22:52 Chester to Manchester Piccadilly service will be bus replaced throughout.

The 23:13 Manchester Piccadilly to Chester service will be bus replaced throughout.
