West Midlands Railway between Hereford / Worcester Foregate Street / Worcester Shrub Hill and Birmingham New Street

Description

Engineering work is taking place between Droitwich Spa and Bromsgrove, closing all lines until 12:00.

Before 12:00, trains to / from Hereford / Worcester Foregate Street / Worcester Shrub Hill will be amended to run to / from Birmingham Snow Hill instead of Birmingham New Street. These trains will not call at University or Bromsgrove, for these stations you should use other services. Between Birmingham and Bromsgrove, you are advised to travel on the Cross City line instead.

Replacement buses will run between Droitwich Spa and Bromsgrove.

Additionally:

  • The 08:55 Worcester Foregate Street to Birmingham New Street service will not run. A replacement bus will run between Worcester Foregate Street and Bromsgrove.

  • The 10:00 Birmingham New Street to Hereford service will start from Worcester Shrub Hill at 10:42.
