Buses replace late night / early morning trains to / from Huddersfield from Monday 6 to Friday 10 January

TransPennine Express between Manchester Victoria and Redcar Central, between Manchester Airport / Manchester Piccadilly and York, between Leeds and Hull, and between Manchester Airport and Scarborough

Description

Engineering work is taking place between Marsden and Mirfield, closing some lines overnight.

As a result, the following trains will not call at Huddersfield, but will additionally call at Brighouse:

Monday to Thursday:

• The 22:05 Redcar Central to Manchester Victoria service (also not calling at Deighton)

• The 23:42 Manchester Airport to York service

Tuesday to Friday:

• The 01:31 York to Manchester Airport service

• The 02:44 Manchester Piccadilly to York service

• The 02:35 York to Manchester Airport service

• The 04:07 Manchester Airport to Scarborough service

Replacement buses will run between Brighouse and Huddersfield, connecting with train services.

Additionally, the 05:32 Leeds to Hull service (Tuesday to Friday) will start later than usual at 05:37.
