Description

Engineering work is taking place at various locations between Manchester Piccadilly and Chester, closing some lines overnight from Monday evening until Friday morning.

Monday to Thursday:

The 22:52 Chester to Manchester Piccadilly service will be replaced by a bus throughout.

Tuesday to Thursday:

The 22:10 Manchester Piccadilly to Chester service will run normally to Altrincham, and will then call at Knutsford, Northwich and Greenbank only. A replacement bus will run from Altrincham to Chester, calling at all stations the train normally calls at.

The 23:13 Manchester Piccadilly to Chester service will be replaced by a bus throughout.
