Buses replace trains to / from Huddersfield on Saturday 11 and Sunday 12 January

Description

Engineering work is taking place between Stalybridge and Mirfield, closing all lines.

No TransPennine Express services will call at Huddersfield.

Trains will be amended to call at Brighouse, and replacement buses will run between Brighouse and Huddersfield.

An amended train service will run between:

Saturday:

• Manchester Victoria and Redcar Central

• Liverpool Lime Street and Newcastle

• Leeds and Hull

• York and Scarborough

• Manchester Piccadilly and Stalybridge

• Wakefield Kirkgate and York

Sunday:

• Manchester Airport and Newcastle

• Liverpool Lime Street and Redcar Central

• Leeds and Hull

• York and Scarborough

• Manchester Piccadilly and Stalybridge

• Wakefield Kirkgate and York

Replacement buses will operate Saturday and Sunday between:

• Manchester Airport – Huddersfield

• Stalybridge – Huddersfield (fast and stopping services)

• Huddersfield – Brighouse (and Halifax every hour)

• Huddersfield – Wakefield Kirkgate
