Description

Engineering work is taking place between Marsden and Mirfield, closing all lines.

Northern:

All weekend, trains between Sheffield and Huddersfield will start / terminate at Lockwood. A replacement bus service will operate between Lockwood and Huddersfield.

On Saturday, trains between Bradford Interchange and Huddersfield will not run, you should use TransPennine Express services between Brighouse / Halifax and Huddersfield.

On Sunday, trains between Leeds and Huddersfield will terminate at Halifax, you should use TransPennine Express services between Brighouse / Halifax and Huddersfield.

Train services will operate on the following routes:

• Two trains per hour via Calder Valley

• Hull services will start / terminate at Leeds

• Scarborough services will start / terminate at York

• An hourly service will run between Marsden and Manchester

Rail replacement buses will operate on the following routes:

Saturday:

• Huddersfield to Mirfield (hourly)

• Huddersfield to Brighouse (2 per hourly)

• Huddersfield to Manchester Airport (hourly)

• Huddersfield to Manchester Piccadilly (fast) (3 per hour)

• Marsden to Slaithwaite / Huddersfield (hourly)

Sunday:

• Huddersfield to Dewsbury / Leeds (1 per hour)

• Huddersfield to Leeds stopper (hourly)

• Huddersfield to Brighouse (2 per hourly)

• Huddersfield to Manchester Airport (hourly)

• Huddersfield to Manchester Piccadilly (fast) (3 per hour)

• Marsden to Slaithwaite / Huddersfield (hourly)
