Buses replace late night trains between Bedwyn and Newbury / Reading from Monday 13 to Thursday 16 May

Great Western Railway between Bedwyn and Newbury / Reading

Description

Engineering work is taking place between Bedwyn and Newbury, closing all lines on Monday to Thursday evenings.

As a result:

• The 21:53 and 22:47 Newbury to Bedwyn will not run and will be replaced by road transport, calling all stations.

• The 22:30 London Paddington to Bedwyn will terminate Newbury. Road transport will run from Newbury to Bedwyn, calling at all stations.

• The 22:25 Bedwyn to Newbury will not run and will be replaced by earlier road transport, calling all stations.

• The 23:17 Bedwyn to Reading will start from Newbury at 23:34. Earlier road transport will run from Bedwyn, Hungerford and Kintbury to Newbury to connect into the train. There will also be road transport at 23:38 from Bedwyn to Reading, calling Hungerford and Kintbury, then setting down only at Newbury, Thatcham and Reading.
